For a party treat, you can decorate with a whipped cream topping and colored sprinkles. The hot tea can be stirred with a "Red Vine" licorice candy cut to the most comfortable length. By cutting the ends opening both ends, it can also be used as a straw.

Red Velvet Cream Tea

 4 Rooibos teabags - can be a flavored tea
 4 cups milk
 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
 2 tsp cold water
 1 tsp sweeter of choice; honey, sugar, etc. (optional)

Heat milk and teabags in a saucepan over very low heat for 10 minutes.

While the milk is heating, dissolve the gelatin in cold water.

Add spoonfuls of warm milk to the dissolved gelatin gradually and whisk after each addition. Repeat this until the gelatin mixture is creamy.

Then place the milk and gelatin into a blender and whip the mixture until frothy.
